Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Fifi’s bees. We want you to love the bees as much as we do. If there is any problem with your order please take photos and contact us asap.

For a refund or exchange you will need to provide us with photographic records of the problem. In order to be eligible for a refund, you will have provide these photos within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase.

You may be required to return the product to us as part of the conditions of the refund. If you are returning the product to us as part as a condition of the refund- the product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We do hope to work with you to try to resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Please be rest assured that Fifi’s bees needs the above refund policy to avoid being taken advantage of by anyone with malicious intentions but we are in this business for the long haul.
