We have hives located in Katoomba, Wentworth Falls, Bullaburra, Lawson, Hazelbrook, Winmalee, Warrimoo and Blaxland. You can choose honey from the Blue Mountains area or your local town.

Use as a marinade or glaze on all types of meat, especially pork, steak and chicken. Perfect with cheese or egg dishes.
